Ladakh has become a Union Territory on 31st of October 2019.

2.  All Government orders, notifications, Regulations, etc. of the Administration of Union Territory of Ladakh are published in the Ladakh Gazette from time to time. This is an authorized legal document of Administration of Union Territory of Ladakh. All parts, sections and Sub-sections of Administration of Union Territory of Ladakh are uploaded in the Ladakh eGazette website by the General Administration Department, Ladakh which can be accessed free of cost by the general public being available in the public domain. Gazettes are printed and published in two categories.
    (i) Ordinary Gazette
    (ii) Extra-ordinary Gazette

3.  Extra-ordinary Gazettes are published every day for urgent enforcement of Regulations, Orders and Notifications and Ordinary Gazettes are published every Saturday on a weekly issues by compiling its parts
